Elected Positions

Executive Committee 

President-Elect

Eligibility:  must be active member of the American Dietetic Association and have at least 2 years experience
on the GADA Board in a voting or non-voting position.

Serves as program chair for the membership meetings for 1 year and succeeds to the office of the President at the end
of his/her term without further election; responsibilities include:

• serve on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee

• organize quarterly or bi-monthly membership meetings

• serve as consulting member of the Nominating Committee

• preside at meetings of the full membership

• perform the functions of President in the President’s absence or if unable to perform the functions of the President
